According to the Concerned Citizens they want to alert you to a new citizen activist opportunity to help observe and report the daily invasion across our southern border with Mexico.

This is not a Minuteman or extremist group sponsored event - just a call to action by a group of "Concerned Citizens".

Concerned Citizens report that DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and the other race baiting, ethnocentric anarchists want the people of America to believe the border is under "operational control". Nothing could be further from the truth says an organizer with the new group of "Concerned Citizens" and they say they are ready to deploy, to video tape and educate Americans about the real threat to National Security and our public safety.

"Concerned Citizens" want a full blown showing of people who can come out and enjoy our federal lands. This will be people coming together to help AZ Governor Jan Brewer and the people of Arizona to bring attention to the need for National Guard on our southern border.

The group is in support of Jan Brewer signing SB1070 and say they want to help educate the public. they say "It’s time to bring back the" Minuteman Type Lines"

The group points out that there are 30 miles of area in a straight line that they want to cover. Which make it perfect for a "Line"

What action?  They say that there propose is doing what they do best..... "DETERRENCE BY PRESENCE"
 

They intend to kick off the program ASAP and operate it for at least 2-3 weeks.
The locations of deployment is: Interstate 8, 45 miles south of downtown Phoenix
where they expect to place multiple base camps at major choke points.

To all Concerned Citizens who may be interested in participating, or if you got an invite to the I-8 opp or have committed to getting involved you need to be clear on a few things, according to organizers.
 
1. This "IS NOT" a Simcox/MCDC,PBA,BPOX or any of the many other groups event!! Those groups/people were only
    asked to use there contact lists to get the word out, PERIOD!!
Leave the politics at home.....
 
2. This I-8 corridor is very active and "VERY DANGEROUS", there is a very good chance you will see "ARMED DRUG LOADS"!!
    This opp "IS NOT" for 1st timers,we expect you to be ready and at the top of your game with all the necessary gear for
    this type of opp and for being self sufficient for desert camping!
 
3. With that said, the biggest thing we can do on this opp is to be seen by the public on I-8 so we will post on every mile
    marker (that's were all the action is anyway) for a 30 mi. stretch. We will provide maps/intel/phone numbers on site as
    needed, there should be 2 vehicles & 4 people min. per mi. marker for safety.
 
 
To the Concerned Citizens that have already committed to working working I-8 Thank You for supporting Arizona.
 
 We will be getting kicked off on the 15th and run as long as we have people.

"Concerned Citizens" continue to do the job the Federal Government won't do by securing the border south of Phoenix along Interstate 8. Let's show them how it COULD be done if Congress put Troops on the border.

How do we do that? Detect report & observe. Eyes and ears. Local law enforcement in the area "gets it". This area is extremely active.  No apprehensions, citizen’s arrests or high speed chases on I-8 (nothing wrong with "leaving the light on" for them at night).

The area south of Interstate 8 between Gila Bend (Junction 85 & I-8) and Casa Grande (Junction I-8 & I-10) is a major smuggling corridor.....drugs, IAs, weapons..... We’ve seen it all. This is approximately a 60 mile stretch, but not all that distance is active with smuggling.  The traffic comes up through the Tohono D' O'dham Reservation day and night.

The fact that load vehicles use I-8 to enter this area, pick up their loads and leave the area makes them vulnerable to detection.  Load areas on I-8 are typically one of the following:  dirt roads, major washes and/or mile markers. Mile markers are used a "waypoints" by the load vehicles, so this also makes them vulnerable to detection.

Bottom line, if we had enough dedicated individuals "camped out" on the entire known active load up points on I-8, we could effectively shut this area down.  A lot of recon has been completed in this area so we know this is doable.... just a matter of enough dedicated individuals.

This IS a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area and is potentially very dangerous so participating individuals who need to be prepared to defend themselves.

This is just one group's idea of something to do to make a difference and make a statement. Pass this around and see what interest there is in doing something like this.

At a white house Cinco de Mayo celebration, President Obama says comprehensive immigration reform is needed to stop the flow of illegal border crossers, "make no mistake, our immigration system is broken and that means responsibility from our government to secure our borders is something we have done and continue to do." But many argue the government is not doing its job when it comes to securing the border especially with surveillance pictures snapped in March of heavily armed drug runners in a remote desert area near Casa Grande.
Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu says it's a known corridor for drug and human smuggling and it's same area where Deputy Louis Puroll was shot on Friday during a gun battle with six smugglers, "he unloaded upon the suspects that were firing on him that were trying to kill him."
Puroll was shot in the side and he believes he shot one of the suspects. Sheriff Babue says this latest round of border violence underscores the dangers his deputies face every day, "literally what it appears to be squad size elements using para military tactics that are either escorting largely drug loads or illegals."

Congratulations to those of you in Arizona who fought for HB 1070.  Judging by the way the President reacted it's going to get a lot of people's attention.  All I can say is GOOD ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Now if the gutless idiots in Denver could pass a law similar to your, Colorado stand with you in the forefront of the battle for state's rights in the face of faceless federal oppression.

All patriots everywhere are proud of what you have done.  Now it behooves us to act likewise.

Sandy was a very important and instrumental in the development of our cause. She will indeed be remembered.

My wife and I will never forget the first time we met Sandy and Quetzal. They were the first people we met when we pulled into the King Anval Ranch, the welcome we received was sincere and genuine. My wife and I both knew, "We were among Friends".  From that moment on, are Friendship grew.  We cherish those memories.

Carmen claimed that Simcox wrote the "call to arms" letter for her. I'm inclined to believe her because I think he wanted to scuttle her operation. As soon as she announced the dissolution of the "MCDC Corporation" the "Declaration Alliance" announced that it was taking over the MCDC and Simcox would be in charge. It is no longer incorporated, but it still exists under Simcox' leadership and the Declaration Alliance umbrella. And Simcox retains the original MCDC email address.

The death of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps is greatly exaggerated.  The National Organization, Leaders and Founders, after years of fighting the Federal and State Government neglect of the illegal immigration problem, are in the process of retiring the national corporation, and passed the ball to the Regional, State and Local Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Directors to continue the effort.  These will be the new leaders of MCDC management and no one has abdicated their citizen's rights in pursuing the enforcement of existing Federal Law.  These leaders have effectively done so on Border Watches and Illegal Aliens Working Task Forces since the beginning of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps and will continue that work. 

 

These capable leaders include the Arizona State Director and Western Regional Director Mike Vyne, Texas State Director Jim Barnes, North Carolina State Director Maureen Wilson, South Carolina State Director Mike Visnjic, New Jersey Deputy State Director Pat DeFilippis, and Florida State Director and Regional Director Bill Landes.  We ask other State Directors to get in touch with us in the development of a new and vibrant National Umbrella Group for all Minuteman Civil Defense Corps volunteers.  All volunteers need to contact us with your continued commitment to the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Mission.   The SOPs of "observe and report" have not changed and neither has our mission of securing America's border.

We are enduring dire times.  Our country and our freedoms are literally in danger.  Those in power have their own agenda. They don't listen to us even when we speak in large numbers. They lie. They hide the truth. They plan and deal in secret.

Our Constitution and Bill of Rights is under constant attack.

 

The Drug Cartels are better equipped, with newer and more powerful weapons than our Border Patrol. Our right to keep our arms is under attack. Cartels are a growing threat to the government of Mexico. The fight has crossed our borders.  Citizens along our border are in danger, as well as the Border Patrol. They are now being attacked and killed. Border Patrol still does not have FLIR on their  helicopters. Their numbers are being reduced by our government, layoffs, and a hiring freeze is now in place. 

 

Our promised double border fence is just another lie. I have personally toured and photographed most of the Arizona fence. Many say the fence doesn't work, it's because it is NOT there. There is fence only in cities and towns, usually in five or so mile stretches.  The rest is ineffective vehicle barriers and poles 3-4 feet apart. It is amazing to me that the President is willing to spend 200 million dollars a year for security alone, to try terrorists in New York City, but he can't, or more accurately, won't build a promised double layered fence to help secure our borders. The President and his staff are working for Amnesty and open borders, against the will of the vast majority of the people, just as they did with the healthcare takeover.

 

Our President tells us that Guantanamo is the cause of new terrorists being recruited.  New terrorists are being recruited because we are not Muslim (infidels), but Christians, as well as daring to be in their country. Terrorists should be tried there and executed by firing squad under military tribunal law. It is much cheaper and cuts down on repeat offenses. It is the only thing that they understand. When a terrorist who has been released kills an American soldier, the Commander-in-Chief is responsible.

 

The newest estimate for Cap and Trade is that it will raise the price of gas by $0.77 a gallon.  It is already passing 3 dollars a gallon. This increase in the cost of petroleum will certainly also raise the cost of electricity and heating oil nation wide.  It will certainly further damage our economy and cost us many jobs.  To date the 'Green Jobs' have not appeared. None of the 'Green Energy' programs have shown any measurable production of energy; estimates are now that the billions spent have not even showed the increasing demand for coal and petroleum based power generation. The President's recent concession to allow a small amount of offshore drilling is now seen as a ploy to get his Cap and Trade passed. He has recently shut down the newly completed multi billion dollar long term storage facility for spent fuel.

 

Bribery used to be a crime.  We recently saw the departure of a communist (Van Jones) from the White House staff, because of intense public pressure. Just a short walk from the White House near the Lincoln Memorial, there is a place I consider holy. It is the Vietnam Wall. I have too many friends there. The President should go there some time and try to understand that these people are there because they stood against Communism. I will not forgive or forget. We must judge him by the friends he keeps.

 

There is a long line of people stretching back to the original TEA Party who stood up for their rights, freedoms, and country. It is not just the border situation that we must contend; we must secure our country or loose it.  We must revitalize our chapters. We must work with all of those who will help our cause go forward.  It is not just the Minuteman on the Border; the Tea Parties and many other political groups and organizations who feel as we do. If we lose in the next election our children and grand children are going to pay the price. Some say we have become soft and self indulgent. I know that is untrue. I have met too many people in the Minuteman organization who feel as I do, as well as most Americans I talk to. We must now renew our efforts and change the situation that is threatening us, and our freedoms, as well as our children's. We are not selfish because we don't want the fruits of our labors and savings redistributed by a government who cares for nothing but increasing it's power. Our President and Congress has set our course for financial catastrophe, with no apparent concern for the consequences. He is an intelligent man and must know what is to follow.

   Sandy's death is indeed a very sad moment for the cause for which she worked so hard, the people who worked with her, and her family.  I can remember so many musters where she and Quetzal had things organized and in control.  She was an important part of the successes the Minuteman movement enjoyed, and she will be missed.  Quetzal, my thoughts are with you.
